Robert Erskine didn't set out to build a cleaning company. He set out to solve a problem he had watched unfold across twenty years of professional kitchen management — the extraordinary complexity, cost, and risk embedded in commercial cleaning, and the complete absence of any serious alternative.
The product that became Pureworx took five years to develop, test, and refine before it entered a single commercial environment. When it did, it wasn't as a product pitch. It was as a solution to a problem that operators already knew they had.
Robert remains part of the Pureworx story today. His original vision — that the industry could do far better — is the reason this technology exists, and it continues to shape every decision we make.
